Profile

Alexandra Méndez received her B.A. from Harvard in the History and Literature of Latin America. Her research focuses on narratives about the New World and their circulation in Spain and Italy in the Early Modern period. She is a 2016-2017 MLA Connected Academics Proseminar Fellow and a contributing editor of essays on Hispanophone literature for Public Books (publicbooks.org).
