The importance of collocations in language learning is widely accepted amongst scholars and language instructors. To adequately support students in learning collocations, it is crucial to identify and classify the collocation errors made by them.  In this article we focus on collocational errors analyzing a novel learners’ corpus and comparing it to native speakers written productions.
