Singladuras Style Sheet

Submissions to Singladuras should follow certain house-style guidelines. Although based on MLA Style, these include a few specifications.

Spelling:   Spanish or U.S. spellings

Alignment:   Left

Font size:   12 pts.

Line spacing:   1.5

Section headings:  12 pts.; bold, with a space left before, but no space following the heading.

Translations:  Both the original and the translation should be provided, formatted so that the translation appears before the original text. The original version should be placed in parenthesis.  Sources for both version must be provided.

Page numbers:   None

Notes:   Endnotes; keep as minimal as possible

Works Cited:  Please use this term instead of “Bibliography.” Place this at the end of the document, not as separate attachment. Please ensure that this is formatted according to MLA Style guidelines (including the medium of publication).
